Hong Kong — Ask the question whose answer can be checked
Some questions the screen has already settled. Some only Exness support can open. Some have no honest answer.
A real account — a failed login, a payment, verification (the identity check Exness runs before real trading) — belongs with Exness support: 24/7 in the Exness Trade app and the personal area on the official website, the only route able to look inside an account. A word or a claim on this site belongs in the form below, answered by email, usually within a day. What a price does next belongs nowhere.
Questions answered before anybody replies
| The question | Where the answer already sits | What seeing it settles |
|---|---|---|
| «Is this page the real thing?» | the address bar, read before anything is typed — a login belongs on the official site, not a guide | which site the typing goes into |
| «Does the platform work?» | a demo account, opened and clicked through | that orders open and close on virtual money, not that money comes out |
| «What does this order cost?» | the platform, which prints its pip value, margin and costs | the exact figures for that one order |
Send a question about a line on this site
One question per message, naming the page and the words it is about.
This site is an independent guide, not a broker: it opens no accounts, holds no money and takes no documents. Messages from here reach the team behind this site, not Exness support.
The same question, asked two ways
| Asked so that nothing can be checked | Asked so that something can | What the answer is held against |
|---|---|---|
| «Is this broker safe?» | «Which of these steps can be confirmed before money moves?» | each step, on your own screen |
| «Will this pair rise this week?» | «Where is the cost of this order shown?» | the order screen, before the click |
| «Is my withdrawal all right?» | the same words, sent to Exness support | the account, which only Exness opens |
| «Is this site trustworthy?» | «Which sentence here cannot be checked?» | the page itself, line by line |
The question with no route
«What should be bought, and when?» is answered by neither route: no one can predict these moves reliably. Not banks, not experts on television. Certainty describes the person answering, not the market — anyone promising certain profit is showing a warning sign of a scam, not an opportunity. The guess belongs on a demo account, where being wrong costs a line in a log.
Questions about asking, and about the reply
Who reads a message sent from this page?
The team behind this site, an independent Exness partner. That route reaches no account.
What can a reply from this form be checked against?
The page it named. An answer with no line to point at proves nothing.
Why does an account question have to go to Exness support?
Only Exness can open the account. Every other route repeats what it was told.
A reply says a figure looks normal. Does that settle it?
It does not. One order is priced in the platform: pip value, margin, costs.
Is a confident answer about next week worth more than a hedged one?
No — worth less. A hedged answer names what it does not know; the other hides it.
Should account numbers or documents go into the message?
No — this route takes no documents. Verification belongs with Exness, not here.
Nothing has come back yet. What can be checked while waiting?
Whatever depends on nobody: the address bar, the demo, the figures on the platform.
Does a fast reply mean the answer is right?
Speed shows that somebody read it, nothing more. What it names decides the rest.
The checks that come first are listed in order on Start here.
